Base32 Encode and Decode

Base32 is an encoding and decoding scheme that is used to convert binary data to an printable ASCII text format, and vice versa. It is commonly used to transfer binary data over medium that supports only ASCII text format. Base32 uses 32 characters to encode binary data. There is also extra 33th character (=) that is used to pad encoded output.
